Business Philosophy
Advocacy, empathy, communication, and analysis from a results-oriented professional should be traits that all buyers and sellers look for in a real estate agent. Whether you are buying or selling a home, you can be assured of integrity, discretion, and responsiveness from a professional who is a good listener and a strong advocate for your best interests. After comprehensive market research and analysis, I focus on delivering leading-edge, customized real estate services, using effective marketing strategies, attention to detail, and excellent negotiating skills to achieve the best results in a timely manner.
For Sellers: I will provide you with the market intelligence you need to competitively price your home, assist you with staging, devise a marketing plan, and project-manage the sale to its closing.
For Buyers: I will provide you with all the information you need to make decisions about neighborhoods and determine market values, as well as project-manage a purchase to its closing.

Personal Background
As a lifelong sailor and summer resident of the North Shore, I first lived in Marblehead in 1977, when I began teaching sailing at the Pleon Yacht Club. Following that time, I resided in London, studying and working with international lawyers and corporations. Upon my return to the States, I spent winters in Bronxville, New York where I was involved with strategic planning, facilities master plans, architect reviews, turf and floodplain management, school program implementation and evaluation. Most recently, I have served as a Vice President of Rice Corporate Services, a provider of insurance housing and short-term relocation services for homeowners displaced by fire, flood, or other peril. Since 2009, I have been a year-round resident of Marblehead and am so very happy to showcase this "yachting capital" to sailors and non-sailors alike.
